A little preparation makes the process easier.
Here’s what to know before you apply.
Application terms
Each adult submits an individual application. The application fee shown before submission applies once per household for adults applying together to the same rental, payable immediately after submission through Venmo to @grahamcreekproperties. Include every adult application number in the payment memo.
The fee is required and nonrefundable. Partial payments and ordinary waivers are not accepted. Owners verify full payment before viewing or reviewing the applications.
Our retention schedule keeps applications, encrypted Social Security numbers, and supporting documents for six calendar months after an approval or denial is recorded. Drafts expire three days after the latest successful application progress save. Recovery copies expire 30 days after creation. Fee records are kept separately for seven complete calendar years after the year of their latest financial activity; ordinary activity records are kept for 12 calendar months. Legal holds and applicable longer financial requirements may delay deletion.

Complete your application
Create an account or sign in above, verify your email, and complete your individual application.

Keep your application number
One application fee covers adults applying together for the same home. The amount is shown before you submit. Include every adult application number in the Venmo memo. Full payment must be verified before owner review.

Does every adult need to apply?
Yes. Every adult applicant completes a separate application, including adults applying for the same home together.
What if I don’t have four pay stubs?

How is the background check handled?
Graham Creek Properties handles background screening. The supplied authorization is shown in the signing step, with checkboxes, a typed name and date.
What is the pet policy?

Who can I contact about an assistance animal?
Contact Graham Creek Properties to discuss an accommodation request. Assistance-animal requests are reviewed separately from ordinary pet policies.
